49No obligation to investigate, etc

  1. Nothing in this Act shall be regarded as imposing on the Director or any other person any duty or obligation—

  2. to investigate any particular case of fraud; or
    1. to take proceedings relating to any particular case of fraud; or
      1. to otherwise exercise any power conferred by this Act in respect of any particular case of fraud.
