Illustration for Serious Fraud Office Act 1990

When a search warrant is issued under this Act, it is given to certain people. You can think of a constable as a police officer. The warrant can be given to a specific police officer, all police officers, or a specific member of the Serious Fraud Office. The warrant can also be given to all members of the Serious Fraud Office. The people the warrant is given to are the ones who can execute it. This means they are the ones who can carry out the search.
