20Review of Director's decisions

  1. Any decision by the Director—

  2. to investigate any case which the Director suspects may involve serious or complex fraud; or
    1. to take proceedings relating to any such case; or
      1. to take proceedings relating to any offence which the Director suspects may have been committed against this Act,—
        1. shall not be challenged, reviewed, quashed, or called in question in any court.
