14Disclosure of previous applications

  1. Any person applying for a warrant under this Act shall, having made reasonable enquiries, disclose on the application—

  2. details of any other applications for a warrant which that person knows to have been made within the previous 28 days by a member of the Serious Fraud Office in respect of the place specified; and
    1. the result of that application or those applications.
