The Sports Tribunal of New Zealand can decide how it wants to work when making decisions. You can read more about the types of decisions it makes in section 38(a) to (f). The Tribunal must make sure it follows the anti-doping rules when they apply. The Tribunal has to ensure its practices and procedures comply with these rules. This helps the Tribunal work fairly and make good decisions.
