Illustration for Sports Tribunal Act 2006

If you have an issue with sport that was already being looked at by the Sports Disputes Tribunal before 1 July 2007, the Tribunal will keep dealing with it. You will be treated as if the Sports Tribunal Act 2006 did not exist. The Tribunal will finish looking at your issue, even if they had not started working on it before 1 July 2007.
