The Sports Tribunal of New Zealand can make decisions about who pays costs in a case. You can think of costs as the money people spend on things like lawyers and court fees. The Tribunal can decide who pays these costs as it sees fit.

If the Tribunal makes an order about costs, it can be filed in the District Court. This means the order can be enforced like a decision made by the District Court. You can find more information about the District Court by looking at the District Court Act 2016.
