Transitional provisions for Tribunal

58Transitional remuneration of members of Tribunal

  1. A person who, at 1 July 2007, is a member of the Sports Disputes Tribunal—

  2. continues as a member of the Tribunal in accordance with that person’s contract of employment or notice of appointment; and
    1. until a determination made in accordance with section 36(1) is given effect, continues to be remunerated in accordance with that contract or notice.
