If you had started something under the New Zealand Sports Drug Agency Act 1994 before 1 July 2007, it will keep going as if the Sports Tribunal Act 2006 did not exist. You will finish what you started under the old rules. This applies to anything that was started before 1 July 2007 and not finished by then, under the New Zealand Sports Drug Agency Act 1994.
