6Transitional provisions for amendments made on or after commencement of Local Government Official Information and Meetings Amendment Act 2013 Empowered by s 59

1Interpretation

  1. In this schedule, amendment Act means the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Amendment Act 2013, which amends this Act.

2Application of amendments to boards of inquiry and special tribunals

  1. The amendments made by the amendment Act apply to a board of inquiry appointed under section 149J of the Resource Management Act 1991, or to a special tribunal appointed under section 202 of that Act, whether appointed before or after the commencement of the amendments.
