54This Part to prevail over other enactments

  1. Any provisions in any enactment in relation to attendance by the public at any meeting of any local authority or at any meeting of any committee or subcommittee of any local authority, or in relation to inspection of the minutes of any such meeting, shall be read subject to the provisions of this Part.
