23Forum to follow model standing orders

Unless three-quarters of the representatives present at a meeting of the Forum agree otherwise, at its meetings the Forum must follow the New Zealand Standard for standing orders (NZS: 9202:1992).
If the Forum agrees in accordance with subsection (1) to adopt other standing orders, those standing orders must not contravene the provisions of the Local Government Act 2002, the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, or any other Act.
