48Notice of Deed of Recognition

  1. When the Crown or local authority enters into a Deed of Recognition, or is a party to a Deed of Recognition that is amended or revoked, the Crown or local authority, as the case may be, must, by notice in the Gazette, give notice of that Deed of Recognition or the amendment to, or revocation of, a Deed of Recognition.
