26Powers and obligations of constituent parties

Each constituent party (other than tangata whenua representatives)—
may acquire, hold, and dispose of real or personal property for the use of the Forum; and
may remunerate its representative or representatives for the cost of that person's participation in the Forum; and
must provide to the Forum such information or reports as may be required by the Forum; and
must pay administration and servicing costs in accordance with section 19 if required to do so; and
must pay the costs of any activity that the constituent party has agreed to pay; and
may carry out any other functions or duties specified in this Act.
