26Powers and obligations of constituent parties

  1. Each constituent party (other than tangata whenua representatives)—

  2. may acquire, hold, and dispose of real or personal property for the use of the Forum; and
    1. may remunerate its representative or representatives for the cost of that person's participation in the Forum; and
      1. must provide to the Forum such information or reports as may be required by the Forum; and
        1. must pay administration and servicing costs in accordance with section 19 if required to do so; and
          1. must pay the costs of any activity that the constituent party has agreed to pay; and
            1. may carry out any other functions or duties specified in this Act.
