40Removal of other areas from Park

  1. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, and after considering the purpose of the Park,—

  2. remove any foreshore or seabed or reclamation from the Park; or
    1. remove any seafloor protection area or high protection area from the Park; or
      1. remove any land of the Crown within a wetland from the Park; or
        1. with the consent of the local authority, remove any open space or building owned by a local authority and managed to protect its natural or historic values from the Park.
