36Inclusion of certain fisheries in Park

  1. If, in the opinion of the Minister, the inclusion of a taiapure-local fishery or mataitai reserve in the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park is in accordance with the purpose of the Park, that taiapure-local fishery or mataitai reserve may, with the consent of the Minister of Fisheries and the committee of management or the tangata whenua, as the case may be, be included in the Park.
