The purpose of sections 51 to 55 is to make sure you have enough information about a trust so you can make sure the people in charge of the trust do what they are supposed to do. You can find these rules in sections 51 to 55. These rules do not apply to trusts that are set up for charity or for other special reasons and do not have people who benefit from the trust.
