63: Material extracted from samples to be destroyed

You could also call this:

"Destroy any material from a destroyed bodily sample"

Illustration for Criminal Investigations (Bodily Samples) Act 1995

If a law says a bodily sample must be destroyed, any material taken from that sample must also be destroyed. You need to know that this rule applies when certain sections of the law, like section 60, 60A, 61A, or 62, say a sample must be destroyed. This means all the material from the sample will be destroyed too.
