72: Other powers and abilities to take specimens from person’s body not affected

72Other powers and abilities to take specimens from person’s body not affected

  1. Nothing in this Act—

  2. limits or affects any other enactment relating to the taking of a bodily sample, or any other specimen from a person’s body; or
    1. limits section 32 of the Policing Act 2008 (which relates to the taking of fingerprints and other particulars from a person in custody); or
      1. shall be taken to limit or affect the circumstances in which any specimen from a person’s body (other than a bodily sample), or any other particulars of a person (including (without limitation) fingerprints and dental impressions) may be taken from any person with that person’s consent.
