The Governor-General can make rules about what courts do when cases involve this Act. You can check the Senior Courts Act 2016, the District Court Act 2016, and the Family Court Act 1980 to learn more about court rules. These rules are a type of law called secondary legislation, which you can read about in section 148 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, section 228 of the District Court Act 2016, and section 16A of the Family Court Act 1980.
