28Compliance with section 27

A person to whom a notice under section 27 is given must, without charge, comply with the requirement stated in the notice in the manner and within a period (being not less than 20 working days after the notice is given to the person) specified in the notice.
Subsection (1) does not require a person to provide any information or produce any document that would be privileged in a court of law.
