1Short Title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Independent Police Conduct Authority Act 1988.
This Act shall come into force on a date to be fixed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
