Independent Police Conduct Authority Act 1988

Independent Police Conduct Authority

4AB: Independence

You could also call this:

Illustration for Independent Police Conduct Authority Act 1988

You have the right to know that the Independent Police Conduct Authority must act independently. This means they make their own decisions when doing their job under this Act and other Acts. They do this except when another Act says they must do something specific, like the Crown Entities Act 2004 does not apply to them.
