45Proceedings to which Police Complaints Authority party

  1. Any proceedings to which the Police Complaints Authority was a party or that the Police Complaints Authority was considering bringing before the commencement of the Independent Police Conduct Authority Amendment Act 2007 may be brought, continued, completed, and enforced by or against the Authority.
