30Parties to be informed of progress and result of investigation

  1. Where the Authority investigates a complaint, it shall—

  2. conduct the investigation with due expedition; and
    1. if it seems appropriate, inform the complainant and the Commissioner of the progress of the investigation; and
      1. in every case inform the parties concerned, as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the investigation, and in such manner as it thinks proper, of the result of the investigation.
