23Challenge of juror for want of qualification

  1. If any person selected as a juror is—

  2. not qualified according to section 6; or
    1. disqualified according to section 7; or
      1. not to serve on any jury according to section 8,—
        1. he may be challenged, and shall be discharged upon such challenge if the court is satisfied of the fact.
