36Transitional

  1. For the purposes of the first compilation of jury lists after 1 January 1982,—

  2. section 9(1) shall apply as if for the words 1 November in every year there were substituted the words 1 March 1982:
    1. section 10(1) shall apply as if for the words 1 December there were substituted the words 1 May.
