  1. Despite section 43, a notice under that section may not be given to any of the following:

  2. the House of Representatives or the Speaker of the House of Representatives:
    1. an Office of Parliament (within the meaning of section 2(1) of the Public Finance Act 1989):
      1. the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives:
        1. the Parliamentary Service.
