75Illegal practices

  1. A person is guilty of an illegal practice if the person wilfully—

  2. promotes a referendum advertisement without being entitled to do so under section 44:
    1. contravenes any of subsections (1) to (7) of section 52:
      1. makes a payment in breach of section 68(2).
