Constitution of Court Martial for proceedings: Assignment of military members of Court Martial

26Procedure for assigning military members

  1. The Registrar must give written notice to—

  2. each person who is assigned as a military member; and
    1. the accused in the proceedings; and
      1. the Director of Military Prosecutions.
        1. The notice under subsection (1)(a) must state that—

        2. the person has been assigned as a military member; but
          1. the assignment is to be confirmed pending any objections made by the accused or the Director of Military Prosecutions in accordance with section 27.
            1. The notices under subsection (1)(b) and (c) must—

            2. set out the names and particulars of the persons who have been assigned as military members; and
              1. state that the accused and the Director of Military Prosecutions have the right to object to the Registrar in accordance with section 27.
