54Person arrested under warrant for absconding or breaching bail condition must be brought before Judge

  1. A person who is arrested under a warrant issued under section 53 must be brought before a Judge as soon as possible.

  2. The Judge must reconsider the question of bail if satisfied that the person—

  3. had absconded or was about to abscond; or
    1. had contravened or failed to comply with any condition of bail.
