79Appointment of Registrar, clerks, and other officers of Court Martial
The Chief Judge must appoint a person to act as the Registrar.
The Registrar may appoint clerks or any other officers of the Court Martial as may be required.
An appointment under this section must be made by giving written notice to the person concerned.
A person appointed under this section must not undertake any other paid employment or hold any other office (whether paid or not) unless the Chief Judge or the Registrar (as the case may be) is satisfied that the employment or other office is compatible with that person's appointment.
