The Chief Judge or Registrar must tell the person they are appointed in writing. The person appointed cannot have another paid job or hold another office unless the Chief Judge or Registrar says it is okay. They must make sure the other job or office does not interfere with their Court Martial job. This rule helps the person do their Court Martial job properly. The Chief Judge and Registrar are in charge of making these appointments. They decide who is suitable for the jobs and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can trust that they will make the right decisions for the Court Martial.
