17: Judges must not hold other offices

17Judges must not hold other offices

A Judge must not undertake any other paid employment or hold any other office (whether paid or not) unless the Governor-General is satisfied that the employment or other office is compatible with judicial office.
Subsection (1) is subject to section 11(2).
