81Attendance of clerk, etc, at sitting of Court Martial

  1. The Registrar must arrange for the attendance at every sitting of the Court Martial of—

  2. a clerk of the Court Martial; and
    1. a person responsible for recording or transcribing the proceedings; and
      1. if necessary, a competent interpreter.
        1. The clerk of the Court Martial must—

        2. liaise with the officer in command or the person in control of the place where the court is to sit on matters regarding the provision of administrative support to the court; and
          1. perform any other functions or duties that are conferred or imposed on him or her by or under this Act or any other enactment.
