6Notice to be placed on pound

  1. The local authority shall erect and maintain on some conspicuous part of every pound a notice board on which shall be printed or otherwise affixed in some permanent manner a notice to the effect that the area is a public pound, and showing the name of the local authority having jurisdiction over the pound and the name and address of the poundkeeper.
