Illustration for Impounding Act 1955

If your stock has been seized for trespassing, you or someone acting for you can pay the trespass rates and driving charges. You need to pay these to the person who seized your stock or is looking after it before it is impounded. If you do this, the person in charge of your stock must give it back to you right away.
