Impounding Act 1955

Poundkeepers and other staff

11: Appointment, etc, of poundkeeper to be publicly notified

You could also call this:

"Public notice must be given when a poundkeeper is appointed, suspended or removed"

Illustration for Impounding Act 1955

When someone is chosen to be a poundkeeper or a deputy poundkeeper, or if they are suspended or removed from the job, you will see a public notice about it. This notice is important because it serves as proof that the appointment, suspension, or removal happened. You can rely on this notice as evidence of the change, and it will be accepted as true unless someone can show that it is wrong.
