17Special trespass rates for entire animals

  1. In any case where trespass rates are payable in respect of the trespass of any entire animal, there shall be payable to the occupier of the land trespassed upon, as a special trespass rate in addition to any other trespass rate prescribed by regulations made under this Act, such sum not exceeding $200 as the court thinks fit to award, to be recoverable by action in the District Court.
