This part is empowered by s 68(1).
Some of the laws that are no longer valid include the Impounding Act 1908 and the Impounding Amendment Act 1908.
You can find these laws in the Reprint of Statutes, which is a collection of old laws.
The Impounding Act 1908 is on page 213 of Volume I.
Other laws that are no longer valid include the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Public Works Act 1928, and some Statutes Amendment Acts from 1939, 1941, and 1943.
These laws are no longer part of the current law because they have been repealed by the Impounding Act 1955.
