Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Incorporation of trust boards

28: Register of boards and seal of Registrar

You could also call this:

“The Registrar keeps a list of important information and has an official stamp”

The Registrar must keep a record of all the important information required by this Act or by any rules made under this Act. This record is called a register.

The Registrar can choose how to keep this register. It can be in any way that works best, including using computers or other devices that store information electronically. The important thing is that the information must be easy to look at or copy when needed.

The Registrar has a special seal. This seal is like an official stamp that can be used to show that documents related to this part of the Act are real and official.
