Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Incorporation of trust boards

28A: Amendments to register

You could also call this:

“The Registrar can update or fix information in the register”

You should know that the Registrar can make changes to the register when needed. The Registrar can update the register to show new information about a board. They can also fix mistakes in the register. This includes correcting wrong information, adding missing details, or fixing typing errors. The Registrar can also change the register if a court tells them to do so. These changes help keep the register accurate and up-to-date.
