"Protecting Your Rights When Using Health and Disability Services"
This law is about promoting and protecting the rights of people who use health services and disability services. You have rights when you use these services, and this law is here to help make sure those rights are respected. The law is especially concerned with making sure your rights are protected when you are using health services or disability services.
The law wants to make sure you are treated fairly and with respect when you are getting help from health services or disability services. You should be able to get the services you need, and you should be treated with dignity. This law is in place to help make sure that happens.
This law is also about making sure you have the information you need to make good choices about your health care and disability services. You have the right to know what services are available to you, and to make choices about the services you use. The law is here to help make sure you have the information and support you need to make those choices.
