70Delegate to produce evidence of authority

  1. Any person purporting to exercise any power of the Commissioner or, as the case requires, the Director of Proceedings or the Director of Advocacy by virtue of a delegation under section 68(4) or (5) shall, when required to do so, produce evidence of that person’s authority to exercise the power.
