The Chief Archivist must write a report every year to the Minister about how public offices are keeping records. You will find information in this report about any plans public offices must make to improve their recordkeeping, as required by section 35A, and any notices given to public offices about their recordkeeping performance, as required by section 35B. The Minister must then give this report to the House of Representatives.
