35Audit reports

  1. As soon as is reasonably practicable after the end of the financial year in which an audit has been conducted—

  2. the Chief Archivist must prepare a report to the Minister on the audits conducted under section 33; and
    1. the Minister must prepare a report on the audit conducted under section 34; and
      1. in each case, the Minister must present the report to the House of Representatives.
