62Penalties

  1. Every person who commits an offence against section 61 is liable,—

  2. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $5,000:
    1. in every other case, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
      1. A person convicted of an offence against section 61 may, in addition to any penalty imposed for the offence, be prohibited by order of the court from having access to Archives New Zealand for any period that the court thinks fit.
