124KFitness of applicants

  1. This section applies for the purposes of section 124I to the following:

  2. an applicant who is a natural person or a corporation sole:
    1. each member of an applicant that is an unincorporated body:
      1. an officer of an applicant that is a body corporate:
        1. a principal of an applicant.
          1. The applicant, member, officer, or principal, as applicable,—

          2. must not be a discharged or undischarged bankrupt; and
            1. must not have been convicted of an offence involving fraud; and
              1. must be eligible to be a company director.
