When the oranga tamariki action plan starts, the chief executive of each children's agency must report to the Minister. You will report on how well your agency has followed the plan by a certain date each year. The Minister will choose this date.

The chief executive must also make sure a copy of the report is in the agency's next annual report, as required by section 43 of the Public Finance Act 1989. This report must be available on the agency's website.

You will report on what your agency has done to implement the plan since the last report, or since the plan started if it is the first report.
