When a new strategy for improving children's well-being is adopted under section 6, or when changes are made to it, you can find it in two places. It must be notified in the Gazette and published on an Internet site maintained by the children's agencies. You can access the strategy from the Internet site at any reasonable time. The Gazette notice does not have to include the whole strategy, but it must tell you where to find it on the Internet.
