It must also be published on a website that is maintained by or on behalf of the children's agencies, so you can access it at any reasonable time. 8APublication and status of plan

  1. The oranga tamariki action plan must, after it is approved by the plan Minister,—

  2. be notified in the Gazette; and
    1. be published on, and available at all reasonable times from, an Internet site maintained by or on behalf of the children’s agencies.
      1. The Gazette notice required by subsection (1)(a) need not contain or set out the oranga tamariki action plan, but must specify details of the Internet site referred to in subsection (1)(b).

      2. The oranga tamariki action plan may be published under subsection (1)(b) with, or without, any related reports accompanying the draft plan submitted for approval under section 8(1)(b).
